SEO Analysis Results
Learn how to interpret and utilize the various SEO data sections provided by the Chrome extension for the most effective on-page SEO optimization.
Overall Score
The bar at the top shows how many of the discovered terms are found in your analyzed URL.
This gives you a quick overview of your content’s coverage of important SERP terms.
💡 Rule of thumb: If more terms are found than not found, your page is on track, although there’s likely still room for improvement.
If more terms are not found than are found, your page is probably not relevant enough to rank well for the target keyword.
Keyword Variations
These are the most important terms that Google considers semantically related or synonymous to your target keyword.
They appear emphasized (in bold) in the desktop search results.
Best Practice:
Include these variations in your page’s key HTML elements (“hot zones“):
- Meta title
- Meta description
- H1
- H2-H6 headings
- First paragraph
HTML elements containing these terms are highlighted in bold green in the “Found in” column.
Title N-grams
These phrases are extracted specifically from competitor meta titles in the search results.
Rows highlighted in green indicate phrases found in your page’s meta title.
Best Practice:
Use the most important (highest percentage) phrases to optimize your:
- Meta title
- H1 heading
Description N-grams
Phrases extracted from competitors meta descriptions.
Green row highlighting indicates phrases found in your meta description.
Best Practice:
- Use high-importance phrases in your meta description
- Naturally incorporate these phrases throughout your content where relevant
- Don’t force phrases that don’t fit your topic
Related Entities
These are people, places, brands, or concepts that Google associates with your keyword.
For each entity, consider:
- Is it relevant to your current page? → Include it naturally in your content
- Is it a separate topic? → Create a new page and interlink with your current page
Related Searches
These show search intents related to your keyword.
Use them to:
- Identify subtopics to include in your current content
- Find opportunities for new, interlinked content
- Understand the broader topic ecosystem
